Again and again we hear that animal foods are not good for the climate. Is that true? Farmers have always doubted it. Prof. Windisch from the Technical University of Munich has now dealt with the topic, not reduced to CO2, but comprehensively. The results are very interesting natural relationships and the conclusion: it is also possible without livestock, but it makes no sense.
